The property is adjacent to Aylesbeare Common, a wildlife haven offering ample hiking trails and only a 15 minute drive to the seaside town of Sidmouth or 20 minutes from Exmouth. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
