Large Log Cabin & Greenhouse with Pond - Cherokee

This large log cabin originally built in 1908 is our largest cabin on the property. There is a wrap around porch, fully stocked kitchen with working antique icebox, two living rooms, one full bedroom, bunk room with three double beds and three twin beds and two full bathrooms. Guests staying in this cabin have beautiful views of our surrounding ponds, 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. There is also a glass greenhouse with large table that comes with this cabin.

If you love the outdoors and seclusion, Hooper's Rock Farm is for you. 1.5 miles of James River frontage in Cumberland Co, VA, 30-acre private lake, and 650 acres of fields, woods, and hills to explore and hike. Two living areas - one with large stone fireplace. Full kitchen. Screened porch overlooking lake. Sat TV. 2 John boats with trolling motors available for bass and crappie fishing in the lake. Entrance is 1 mile from public boat landing for James River access. Near many VA vineyards.

Pine Grove Apt.- Visit Monticello & Wineries

Visit Monticello, and tour some of the dozen wineries within 30 minutes of this peaceful, rural basement apartment. The upstairs of the house is also a vacation rental, so no tripping over the owners. Though the location is rural, Zion Crossroads is only 3 miles away, with restaurants, shopping and golf. Easy I-64 access to zip into Charlottesville (15 minutes) or even down to Richmond (45 minutes). The furnishings are very stylish, and there's also a patio for outdoor dining.

Cottage at Fruit Hill Orchard

The Cottage at Fruit Hill is nestled between our peach and apple orchards on my family’s 12 acre farm. Take a stroll through the peach blossoms, pick from our sunflower patch, enjoy some private time in the orchards during the fall, and gaze at our Christmas lights display in December. This charming cottage was originally built in the 1940’s and has recently been updated to be as comfortable for our guests as possible. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway at the orchard!

Pet-Friendly Country Farm House on Pond Farm stay hosted by Julie and Rick Bring your dogs. We have a huge fenced yard for them to play in. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet. We have 40 acres of fields and woods to help you relax a little. With over a mile of maintained trails you can take your pet for a long walk.  Have a corn hole match or barbecue and just relax. Wineries and breweries are nearby.
