This beautiful newly built loft has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Inside, you’ll find a clean and cozy retreat that sleeps up to six. Step outside to the patio and unwind by the fire pit, or relax on the inviting front porch—perfect for morning coffee and birdwatching. We are centrally located on MDI - close to ponds, lakes and the Atlantic, hiking in Acadia as well as near coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. This home is the perfect spot for soaking up all our island has to offer.

Sitting on 4 acres, the property offers lots of privacy and a well marked perimeter path for guests to enjoy. The main bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, and 2 sleeping lofts offer a Queen bed and 3 twin beds. The well equipped kitchen and dining area allow guests to enjoy their meals using local seafood and produce.

Private waterfront with amazing ocean views from the deck, it's a wonderful place to relax and reconnect to the natural world. We have completely re-done both the interior and the exterior, with all new beds, bedding, bathroom and wood floors. A lot of love and care has gone into the house that we hope our guests will feel when they stay!

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.
