C'è un sentiero che parte dalla proprietà che attraversa il bosco.

House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

L' Affaccio

Delizioso appartamento con ingresso indipendente, formato da un' ampia camera , cucina e bagno, bellissima portafinestra con affaccio panoramico sulla vallata , in posizione centrale nel borgo medievale di Fiuggi ma con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi dalla casa . Ottima destinazione per un romantico w.e. per due , ma anche per tre, grazie ad un letto aggiungibile. Climatizzato caldo/freddo, con aggiunta di stufa a legna per chi ama un fuoco acceso.
