This home is a spacious converted barn with 2 bedrooms, and kitchen/family room, studio, loft and one bathroom. It is set in the woods just a few miles from Lake Superior. Being off the shore of Lake Superior has it's advantages--it is quieter and at night so dark that if it is clear you can reach out and touch the millions of stars in the sky. The grounds are ample with a large covered patio and fire ring. Reservations less than 2 day prior please message us we will do our best to accommodate.

Lakefront cabin located at the site of historic Captain's Cove Boat Tours. The interior has been newly renovated to include modern fixtures and finishes to an open floor plan that maximizes the breathtaking views of Lake Superior. For epic panoramas of the lake head out to the yard for a hot cocoa by the bonfire, or a glass of wine at the charming deck on the bluff's edge. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.
