A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Ideally located, it is only a one minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

The cabin is well located for Ascot, the New Forest, Windsor, Coral Reef Waterworld, Beale Wildlife Park, Go-Ape Bracknell, Lapland, Legoland, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures. We are also near the Royal Military Academy, Wellington College and Heathrow airport.

Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance.

Come and stay in a quiet annexe near the centre of Wokingham - walking distance to town, train station, pubs and cafes. The annexe has a kitchen/diner, bathroom, utility room and a bedroom with one double bed a living area in the same room. It is quiet and perfect for getaways or a base for nearby work. The annexe is adjoined to the main house should you need any help. The house is on a private road with ample parking on the driveway.
