Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

Let our family cottage be your home away! Located on a quiet street 100 ft from Spring Lake, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Watch the sunset from our private lake dock, enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, or visit nearby Lake Michigan beach for the day. Please note, guests are expected to read and honor all House Rules. No smoking, pets, parties, or unauthorized visitors. We require photo IDs at the time of booking.

The Cottage Loft Life On Ferrysburg Time.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one side of the original lodge, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.
