This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Fernhill is a peaceful and stunning home, offering a comfortable stay for up to 13. Located in the hamlet of Felbrigg, the house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a social area, sun terrace and lots more. Situated in a unique woodland setting, the home provides wonderful views of the surrounding nature. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Bishy Barney Bee - dog friendly barn conversion

A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

'Breeze'; a short stroll from the pier and beach

In the heart of Cromer, 'Breeze' is a recently renovated, first-floor apartment within a listed building. It stands on a busy, little street with independent shops and cafes, is opposite a pub garden which can be busy in good weather so there will be some noise at peak times . Breeze is only a few steps from the path down to the pier forecourt and the beach which has its own surf school . It is ideally situated for everything that Cromer and the surrounding area has to offer.
