The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. You and your family ( including the dogs / furry children ) can enjoy this cosy apartment located only a 10 minute work from Fantasy Island , which is a perfect amusement park for the kids. There are many restaurants and Pubs / bars within walking distance ( 1 minute being the closest ). In addition the beach with its classic Mr Whippys is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

This beautifully presented 35x12 foot caravan offers large living spaces without compromising on storage. We have double glazing, central heating, decking and wifi log in details are on the router. It has recently been furnished and bedding is included in your stay but please bring your towels. We have direct access to the beach and cafe and Fantasy Island is a 5 minute walk and Sealand's pub is across the road.
