The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Jamestown Cottage

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

The Lodge at Thorpe House is a stunning, totally unique, spacious, newly refurbished, well equipped Lodge, bursting with character combining beautiful antique furniture featuring a stunning 19th Century 5 foot French Chateau Ballroom Chandelier and new fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Oak flooring. A five bar gate leads to gravelled parking and a pretty ornate archway leads to a totally private enclosed garden.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Mollie’s Cottage

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)

Chuck's Cabin. A cosy log cabin situated on a quiet lane just a short walk from the beach and the village centre with its cafes bars and restaurants. On the edge of the Lincolnshire coastal country park ideal for a quiet short break or as a base while exploring beaches and the countryside with its historical market towns and lovely walks through the Lincolnshire Wolds. One small to medium dog welcome. Additional small dog by approval

You and your family ( including the dogs / furry children ) can enjoy this cosy apartment located only a 10 minute work from Fantasy Island , which is a perfect amusement park for the kids. There are many restaurants and Pubs / bars within walking distance ( 1 minute being the closest ). In addition the beach with its classic Mr Whippys is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
