We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

This property is located next to our home. It overlooks Walnut Creek and features a quiet cabin with a private hot tub set in the woods yet still close to all the best Erie attractions. This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
