Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With a fenced in backyard and playground to enjoy in the summer months we are close to all activities through the winter months. This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.
