It is located in the heart of Balat, but still in a quiet side street. Numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and boutiques are only a stone's throw away.

The metro and bus stations are 1 km and 350 m away, respectively. It is located in the residential area. So it is important to be quite after 10 pm.
