Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Lynton and Lynmouth is known nationally as 'little Switzerland' and from the hut you can see Wales. We're also just a few minutes from the famous South West Coastal path.

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
