We are based just outside SOUTH MOLTON in beautiful countryside on the edge of EXMOOR. The hut is totally off grid allowing you to get away from it all .A separate toilet and hot power shower are only a few steps away. We provide everything you need to make your own breakfast on the first morning, including fresh eggs and homemade bread.

The River Loft Unique & Quirky Annexe in Braunton

The River Loft is a unique loft conversion set in peaceful location of Braunton. Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Daphne our shepherds hut

Daphne our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Doris and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Doris our other hut is also in the paddock.

Watch our pedigree cattle grazing in the luscious fields beyond, unwind in the wood fired hot tub under the stars with a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz or curl up on the cosy bed with a book. Luxury self-contained shepherd's hut on the Somerset/Devon border. Situated in the peaceful rural countryside with beautiful views across the rolling hills. Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
