Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Κοντα στις παραλιες Καθισμα, Μυλος Εγγρεμνοι, Πορτο Κατσικι , Αβαλι- Μεγαλη Πετρα-Καβαλικευτα. Εχει υψομετρο 600 μ. Χρειαζεται προσοχη στο δρομο που οδηγει στο σπιτι απο τον κεντρικο δρομο του χωριου, περιπου 300μ. ειναι στενος δρομος με μικρες ανηφορες μεχρι το παρκιγκ.
