The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. A small herd of Highland cows live here. A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. There is a second home on the property that can also be booked.

This Cozy “Cabin for 2” is a great place to unwind with peace and privacy. Sumerset Cottage was specifically designed to offer a place of calm and peaceful relaxation. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.

If you are looking for a peaceful setting in which to relax, look no further! Our 720 square foot cabin on a 160 acre farm is secluded, yet close to the Buffalo River and the Kenda Drive-In. Beautiful dark skies are perfect for star gazing! Comfortable furnishings inside combine with great outdoor living spaces to provide a great getaway spot! We are a pet friendly cabin, so no need to leave your furry friends behind!

The Hattie House: Secluded on 90 acres near BNR

Our cabin is located on 90 acres and has many activities to offer, from relaxing on the porch watching wildlife, to exploring our wooded area. The Hattie House is located near multiple put-ins on the Buffalo National River as well as being located near some of the best food joints including Big Springs, Crawbilly's, and our personal favorite, Ryans! It is the perfect weekly or weekend getaway for families or couples.
