La habitación tiene baño privado, acceso a cocina y lavandería y a nuestra magnífica terraza de 200m2, ideal para descansar, socializar o disfrutar de tus comidas al aire libre.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.

Onze Petit kamer is 12m2 en heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een heerlijk verblijf in Utrecht en is een comfortabel toevluchtsoord voor de solo reiziger. Een luxe badkamer met inloop regendouche en toilet is op de kamer aanwezig.
