Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Our place is located on the cliff in Borth, with spectacular views of Cardigan bay. It is a 3 storey Victorian house, of which the top floor will be all yours; maximum 4 guests. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings. A complimentary breakfast hamper will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure

We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
