Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.

Annex room with small ensuite above our garage. Own private separate entrance. We are 3.9 miles from the city centre, a 10 minute drive. Short walk to bus stop at the end of our street. Within walking distance, the perfect location for staff patients & visitors going to Derriford Hospital & The Peninsula Centre. Marjons is also a short drive & Plymouth Argyle too. We are a 5 minute drive from Manadon A38. Parkway.
