COMFORTABLE AND QUIET CENTRAL PENTHOUSE Arrive and feel good. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. Flexible arrival and departure times as desired or consultation Pets are not allowed. It is a Non smoking apartment. Free parking is available on the street. By car, taxi or bus you can reach in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (3,5 km) but also the direct connection to the surrounding motorways make a quick connection to both the Airport (10 km), exhibition center (9 km) and in surrounding towns and cities a breeze. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.

Ein gemütliches Boxspringbett, elektrische Verdunklungjalousien und eine Klimaanlage (regulierbar) sorgen für ruhigen Schlaf. Das separate Bad geht vom Flur ab und bietet auch Privatsphäre. Mindestens 50 Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, super angebunden in die Stadt oder zur Messe (24 Minuten mit Bus).

Neue zentrale Einliegerwohnung

Genieße die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt mit guten Restaurants und die Laufnähe zum Bahnhof. Das Haus wurde neu saniert samt der Einliegerwohnung. Energie wird nachhaltig über die Photovoltaik und Luftwärmepumpe gewonnen. Wir wohnen auch in dem Haus und stehen dir als Gastgeber gerne persönlich zur Verfügung. Ein Kinderreisebett stellen wir bei Bedarf bereit. Eine Küche ist in Planung und daher in der Wohnung noch nicht vorhanden. Unser Kühlschrank und die Mikro kann gerne mitbenutzt werden.

Eine Auszeit im Grünen, das wäre doch was! Dann ist unsere gemütliche und ruhige Einliegerwohnung/ Souterrain in der Gartenstadt Haan genau das Richtige für sie. Die Wohnung hat 67 qm und umfasst einen geräumigen Eingangsbereich, eine offene Küche , Duschbad, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich sowie ein Schlafzimmer. Weiter gehört zu der Wohnung eine separate Terrasse mit einem sehr schönen Blick direkt in den Wald und in den ruhigen Garten. Wenn Sie Glück haben, kommen sogar Rehe vorbei.

Wir vermieten eine renovierte 2-Zimmerwohnung in der 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße im Ratinger Osten in Waldnähe. In der Nähe gibt es Freizeitangebote und zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel durch das schöne Angertal. Es gibt gute Verkehrsanbindungen zur A3, A44 und A52. Der Bahnhof ist nur 1,2 Km entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle 200 m. Der Flughafen Düsseldorf und die Messe sind in 10 - 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.
