We invite you to get away at our rustic & secluded cabin in the NEPA woods! Our 30 acres of countryside is highlighted by magnificent waterfalls and bordered by over 10,000 acres of state lands. You’ll find yourself unwinding and recharging while hiking, enjoying campfires, or soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sky. Though you will be surrounded by nature, you won’t be roughing it! The cabin is modern and offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Renter must be 25 and above.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Art House Bird Sanctuary at EBC Sculpture Park

The Art House is set in a Sculpture Park developed by the artists Tom and Carol Holmes.The Parks 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views are bordered by two streams and woodlands.The views are magnificent.The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills.Tom creates magical and life changing experiences in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park. The house is open plan with lots of light complete with lots of space and personal touches. 4 bedrooms make it the perfect house for a family reunion or social gathering. Sit comfortably in the lounging chairs on the back porch and relax to the scenic view of the Delaware river with privacy. This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.
