This journey, along with my new wife Joy, has lead to us becoming Airbnb hosts. Our eclectic, cozy, charming, spacious and right on the Bayou listing is a place we are sure you’ll love. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. No large gatherings.

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Private Farmhouse

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Country Pleasure

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. Additional charges may apply for more than four adults. (We will negotiate)

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

Ms Myrtle's Place

Hi, my name is Roosevelt. I welcome you to stay in my tiny home that is located on land that has been in my family since 1905. Quiet, peaceful surroundings yet close enough to historic land marks. We have added to our special place a gazebo, seating, firepit, BBQ grill and picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment of this peaceful getaway.

The Susan 2BR/1BA- Tensas River

The Susan is a 2 BR/1 BA that can comfortably host 6 guests. Includes a King & Queen bed & Twin bunkbed. Our cabin can be used as the perfect family getaway or a week-long hunting stay! Open floorplan in the front with a spacious kitchen and living area. TV and Wi-Fi access with a furnished covered patio overlooking the Tensas River.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. If you appreciate detail you will love our cabin! Our cabin is located at The little RV Park at Transylvania. We have a pavillion with a grill and fire pit for you to enjoy! We also have a small coin laundry on the premises.Come enjoy the beautiful country sunsets.
