Shepherds Cottage is a secluded 19th century small two bedroom cottage down a farm track between Mawgan Porth and Bedruthen Steps, close to the coast path and within a short drive of Padstow and North Cornwall's amazing beaches. Perfect for a couple or a small family. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is perfect for families and couples who want to escape the crowds. The cottage overlooks the village green and there is a back garden and parking for 1 car on the private drive.

A Cool Coastal Retreat with a Woodburner

Our beach house is surprisingly lovely; don't be deceived by its slightly windswept exterior as you will walk in and feel immediately at home. There is plenty of room for all with a separate kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as a lovely little enclosed and private garden. Open farmland in front and to the side of the house and glimpses of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms add to the feeling of space. It’s a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Mawgan Porth beach and amenities.

Less than 5 mins walk to perfect beach, sea views.

Lovely house a few minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, and the South West Coast path. The first floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large sunny balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful headland, one bedroom (en suite) and separate toilet. On the ground floor are a further 2 bedrooms (one en suite), shower room, bathroom and utility room. Mawgan Porth has surf hire and instruction, Cornish Fresh village store, restaurant, fish and chips, pub, pitch and putt.

Sunnyridge is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage located in Porthcothan Bay between Padstow & Newquay. Dog friendly and within close walking distance to beautiful sandy Porthcothan beach (dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Jersey Cottage provides a fabulous, contemporary, and open plan space with 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Situated on a farm, you can enjoy the far reaching views across open fields and towards the sea from the extensive decked area. From the garden and decked area you can see Trevose Head and as daylight fades in the evenings you'll be able to count the flashes from the light house - one every 7.5 seconds. The nearest beach, Porthcothan, is just over 1 mile away and several other glorious sandy beaches are easily within reach.

Some of the best beaches in the county are within 5 miles of the property, as is Padstow, the foodie capital of Cornwall. You can walk from the house down country lanes and fields to our nearest beach of Porthcothan, which also has a great small cafe and shop.
