Beautiful house/villa, great views near Lucca/sea

Beautifully restored Podere Consani lies in an idyllic setting amongst well-tended natural gardens,(lavender,roses, lemons and herbs) that lead into the adjacent olive groves, vineyard & woodland, in the hills between Lucca and the coast. The house shares a swimming pool with the one other cottage. The owners take great care to ensure guests are happy during their stay. Podere Consani is set in this oasis of peace, it is however only 15 minutes before the majestic walls of Lucca come into sight.

Dispone di 9 ettari di terreno di nostra proprietà, dove è possibile fare innumerevoli passeggiare lungo sentieri, carreggiate, boschi, e a seconda della stagione, avvistare falchi, gufi, scoiattoli, caprioli, volpi e cinghiali. I nostri ospiti soggiorneranno nella dependance, i proprietari vivono nella parte adiacente.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
