Lost Antler Cabin in Paradise

The Lost Antler cabin is a place to take a deep breath and rejuvenate the senses. A space that allows your mind to drink up the deep history of the surrounding area, from wild gold mining towns to when the buffalo roamed free on the land. 2 NIGHT MIN during busy season & weekends. During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. Dog-friendly ($15/night per dog), 2 dog max.

Off grid/dry cabin - camping cabin, no electricity, no running water, wood stove, replica antique rope platform bed and single cots (sleeping pad recommended).Cabin is located in a meadow next to a stream and surrounded by public land. Bathroom is an outhouse with compost/bucket toilet. Come prepared with your own bedding,lighting, and cookware/eating utensils. Cabin was originally built at the north entrance to Yellowstone in the 1930s and moved to its current location/refurbished recently.

Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.
