Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Pangodi järvest 2 km kaugusel väga privaatses ja maalilises kohas asuvas väikeses maamajas on võimalik puhata nii lastega peredel kui ka väiksemal sõpruskonnal. Talvisel õhtul on mõnus istuda kamina ees ja nautida sauna.
