It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

The Cottage in Ellensburg! 3 bedroom/1 bath

With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Peaceful Farmhouse stay in Ellensburg!

Large (3,200 sq. ft.) four bedroom house, with lots of room for the entire family (and extended family). Located in the middle of Kittitas County, surrounded by 40 acres of pasture- this is a great country escape. We have large south facing valley views with lots of natural light and northern views of Mission Ridge. Located close to Ellensburg and CWU (10 minutes), Suncadia (40 minutes), Leavenworth (1 hour) and Vantage (40 minutes). We can accommodate 10 adults with up to 2 children.

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.

Cascade Valley Homestead

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally-located home base for unlimited adventures all over the state! This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking. Trailer parking also available upon request.

Suite Escape

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
