It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.

Peach Beach Cottage at Simonton Lake! 2 Bed/1 Bath

Peach Beach is a charming, 100 yr old fishing cottage. Dogs welcome, but there is a dog fee. Across the street from Simonton Lake and includes lake access with kayaks during the Summer months. Lots of light and beachy decor, wifi, outdoor bbq (Summer Only)with big back yard. Maximum 2 vehicles. No pier access. Just swimming or launching kayaks.
