You are welcome to our spacious and comfy home located in the centre of the village Vigklafia Laconias. Our house retains its privacy and serenity so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just a 3 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Pounta and Pavlopetri sunken city, as well as the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island. All the local shops and restaurants are right next to you. The Castle of Monemvasia, Castania’s Cave and the ferry boat to Kythera are all a 20 minute drive.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Sunny house is a place that was built with love, and is offered for you to enjoy as well as we do! It is a accommodation that can host families, friends and couples. It is 2 min by car from Marathia beach, 8 min from Archangelos, 15 min from Plitra, 20 min from Neapolis and Elafonisos and 30 min from Monemvasia!

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο νεόδμητο διαμέρισμά μας, ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα και στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι σε απόσταση περπατήματος από όλα τα μαγαζιά, τις ταβέρνες της περιοχής και 1' από τη θάλασσα! Η Ελαφόνησος, το σπήλαιο της Καστανιάς, το απολιθωμένο δάσος καθώς και η μαγευτική Μονεμβάσια είναι σε απόσταση 25' με το αυτοκίνητό. Ευχόμαστε να περάσετε ξέγνοιαστα στην πανέμορφη περιοχή μας!

Υπάρχει και πλυντήριο ρούχων(με χρέωση) για όσους θέλουν να παρατείνουν τη διαμονή τους στο όμορφο νησί.
