We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Amazing apartment in the heart of of Madrid: 50m to Retiro Park, 100m to Puerta de Alcalá and Cibeles, 500m to M. Prado. 1920 building, apartment refurbished in March 2021 with brand new equipment. Quiet neighbourhood and beautiful and lit up patio. Best option for Working From Home in the most exclusive area of Madrid. Just need to read my reviews to confirm what I'm writing :)
