It's part of a two unit complex with its own back yard, refrigerated AC, and washer/dryer.

There are several other guest rooms within the property, so please make sure to go to the correct door ( White door, “Angie’s Place”). ONLY WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one futon sofa, a great kitchenette, and lovely full bathroom and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.
