There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport. Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Harbor front apartment

This is modern apartment right on Newport Harbor. It’s right in the middle of everything being just off Thames St. The apartment is 900 sq ft. with everything you need. There is a private parking space just outside the apartment, a rarity in downtown. There is one parking space included!! Rare in downtown newport. There is strictly no partying as tenants live upstairs.

Second floor suite near Cliff Walk

Welcome to our Fonzie suite. Our room has a private, locked entrance, that leads to above the garage. The room offers bright colors and ample sunshine, with a "beachy" theme. That's because it's only a five minute walk to Easton's beach and the scenic Cliff Walk to the east. Heading west, it would take about ten minutes to walk to downtown Newport.
