The house is located in a quiet suburb, near the ski slopes and nature trails. A grocery store and a bus stop are approx. 5 min walk away. There is a short distance to the city center (about 7 minutes by car). Driving time to the Santapark, Santa Claus village and the airport approx. 15 minutes.
