It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Dein eigenes Ferienhaus am See - komm mal raus...

Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses erste, die Nr. 7/4, haben wir 2020 liebevoll renoviert und DU kannst kommen. Das hübsche Ferienhaus hat Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche. Dazu gibt es eine nette eigene Terrasse zur Südseite. Sie ist teilweise überdacht und es gibt auch eine Markise für die besonders sonnigen Tage. Das Grundstück hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See und einen Steg mit Badeleiter.

Gemütliche Auszeit im Grünen

Genieße eine gemütliche Auszeit im Bungalow auf der Halbinsel Devin. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Sandstrand entfernt und direkt am Naturschutzgebiet gelegen, bietet er Ruhe und Natur pur. Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine Sommerküche auf der Terrasse und einen Kamin. Im Garten steht eine Feuerstelle für gemütliche Abende. Die Hafenstadt Stralsund und die Insel Rügen sind bequem erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ostsee-Erkundungen.

Bei diesem Angebot gibt es keine versteckten Kosten. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
