Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

Located just 5 minutes from Hastings beach. 20 mins from the award winning camber sands and 15 mins from Rye Please note the property has 1 super King bed, & 2 high sleepers (max age 10 due to slide) and a sofa bed. An inflatable mattress is provided also if needed and a travel cot.

The large glass doors look out to the sea allowing for great views which is captivating even when the weather is bad. In the winter you can cosy up by the log burner whilst watching the choppy seas! Kayaks and canoes are available to use for the summer months for hours of entertainment! 3 king size beds, 2 singles and 1 set of bunk beds.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
