Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Metung offers a variety of activities such as boating, fishing, sailing, walking and cycling. The State Forests and beaches are a short drive away. Metung village is a 1.5km walk or drive away.

Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. The accommodation is one large self contained apartment attached to the main home with a private entrance. Its open layout has the beds, lounge room and kitchenette in one large open space. It borders Tathra's famous mountain bike tracks which can be accessed in a few pedal strokes. The beach and local shops are within a short walk. Tathra itself is surrounded by the Mimosa and Bournda National Parks.

Stunning Location Close to Lakeside.

My apartment is in a scenic location.Its attached to our house but is completely private and secure.A 500m walk to the lake and to the 4.5km walking track which goes into town following the lake.The beach is a 15 minute drive away.Our national park is a 10 min walk away. Note that Telstra phone reception works the best here, Optus and Vodaphone has limited reception.
