Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

Knapp Lodge is a modern, self-contained property in the centre of Eardisland village. Completely private with its own access and outdoor space. Open-plan kitchen diner and living space with a double room and ensuite. The living space has a mezzanine with a kids bedroom and play space. 2 pubs, a tea rooms and local shop are a 2 minute walk away. Eardisland is a beautiful village and part of the black and white trail. Suited to couples or families with young children only.

With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
