A 1 bedroom apartment with an incredible sea view located in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes walking from Sozopol old town and beaches. Apartment is fully equipped including air con, kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a double sofa bed, balcony, garden with BBQ area, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, heating during low season and winter... Towels and bed linen are also included. The nearest airport is Burgas International Airport, 40 km from the residence. Transport from the airport can be organised.

We offer renewed apartment, where the first guests were welcomed in 2023. The building is located in the central part of Burgas, very close to the city pedestrian streets from one side and to the Sea garden and beach from the other side. For the guests' convinience thereare a dining room with one pulling-out sofa, separated kitchen box, one bedroom with comfortable bed and a terrace. Supermarkets, few small vegetable shops, pharmacy are in few minutes walking distance.
