Immaculate cute beachside duplex located a short 10 minute walk to The beautiful Rockingham Foreshore, where you will find the stunning Rockingham Beach, cafes, award winning Restaurants, wine bars, shops, and picnic and playground areas. Walk to the end of the street & you can hop on a shuttle bus that will take you down the foreshore or to the train/bus station where you can be exploring Perth stress free. If public transport isn't for you, Fremantle is only a short 25 minute drive.

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

With an open plan, modern house that overlooks one of the two dams on the property, as well as a separate games room, fire pit, concrete scooter track, swing set and walking tracks around the property, there is something for everyone.

During the cold winter months we have a cosy log fire to keep you warm while you watch a movie or play a board game and when the weather warms up, we have air-conditioning to keep you cool while you relax. Whether you want a quiet, relaxing escape or a weekend of adventure, mountain biking, kayaking, bush walking or swimming at Lane Poole Reserve, we have you covered.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
