15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

It is a small tourist and fishing village, situated 30 km from Cavtat and 40 km from Dubrovnik, known for its peaceful beauty of the untouched nature, sandy beaches, thick pine woods, and beautiful blue sea, while archaeological findings confirm that Molunat has been inhabited since the ancient times. It is an ideal place for a quiet family vacation away from the city crowd.

It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport.
