Acest studio primitor este situat intr-un imobil nou, modern cu loc de parcare; la doar cativa pasi distanta de faimoasa epava si de locatia festivalului Beach Please – ideal pentru iubitorii de mare, soare si distractie. Studioul are o suprafata de 46 mp, o capacitate maxima de 4 persoane, fiind perfect pentru un cuplu, o familie sau un grup de prieteni. Dispune de doua paturi king size, baie, bucatarie open space si loc de luat masa. Rezerva-ti acum sejurul si sinte vibe-ul Costinestiului.

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück an einer wenig befahrenen Asphaltstraße. In den Sommermonaten steht ein Pool zur Verfügung und das gesamte Jahr ist ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Toben oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft ist 2023 saniert und renoviert worden, Ausstattung neu und sauber. Zusätzlicher Lagerraum für Langzeitgäste verfügbar.

Casă tradițională cu ieșire la plajă

Casa este situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu ieșire directă la plajă. Camerele sunt luminoase și răcoroase, cu pereți din piatră. Spatiul este recent renovat si cuprinde un dormitor mare cu pat matrimonial și baie, un altul mai mic ce are pat stivuibil (pentru una sau doua persoane, dupa caz), chicineta (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, frigider, vesela etc.), umbrar si curte. Este ideal pentru familii sau cupluri care doresc intimitate și liniste.

TRANQUILITY, NATURE, SOLITUDE, AUTHENTICITY The house is situated at the edge of a small village at the Black Sea coast in the Northeast of Bulgaria and has a forest view. In the morning you will wake up to songs of forest birds and wild pheasants. The village is located between two lakes, which are nature reserves and part of the "Natura 2000" network. From the house you can easily reach the pristine sandy beaches of Durankulak, Vaklino, Krapets and Ezerets.

Căsuța mobilă poate acomoda maxim 4 persoane, însă poate fi perfect amenajată și pentru o escapadă romantică de cuplu, la mare. ( numărul de persoane se selectează din aplicație ). Dispune de un dormitor cu pat matrimonial, un living cu o canapea extensibila, bucătărie utilată și o baie proprie. In fata căsuței, exista o terasă intimă. Cele 3 căsuțe deținute sunt situate în aceeași curte.

Villa Rico is situated in Ezerets, 38km from the golf club BlackSeaRama and 47 km from Maria's palace in Balchik. The villa has a spacious garden and a nice terrace. It contains 2 bedrooms, fully functioning kitchen and a bathroom. A wide screen TV and free WiFi are also available. Smoking on the premices is not allowed.
