The full-size pull-out couch on the first floor accommodates 2 children under 12,$35 fee, 1/2bath. Dine under the covered decks or unwind indoors by the cozy fire. Dog :)

This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.

If this is an issue, please do not book!**
