We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.

Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.

The village sits at the end of a creek where at high tide people enjoy many activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking or crabbing off the pontoon. There is a 12th century church in the village and an excellent pub. Sandy beaches and coastal walks are 15 minutes away by car.
