Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Stable Lodge is a beautiful stone conversion from a victorian stable to a holiday lodge, open plan to the eaves, which sits alongside the owners home in The Gables. 2 acres of grounds to wander around, or sit on garden furniture, surrounded by lovely walks and undulating countryside. Spectacular open view from the garden of The Cheviot Hills. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil with a wood burner to keep you cosy during cooler evenings or fresh autumnal/winter days. Near the neolithic Duddo Stones.

Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the Northumbrian moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that allows you to truly ‘get away from it all.’ Gazing out over the Cheviots, this truly unique space is blessed with no surrounding buildings or neighbouring accommodation - offering total tranquility. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. Sip a drink and watch as the weather rolls by. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space into 4 individual apartments. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station, this is an ideal location in the heart of Berwick with fantastic access to local cafes, restaurants and shops. Explore the historic town or travel further afield and easily access Northumberland, Edinburgh and the Borders. This cosy apartment is the ideal spot.

Pets are only allowed in the bar area or if you book The Cottage.
