Families and groups of friends will love this renovated, comfortable and spacious Ayrshire farmhouse. The exclusive accommodation includes a large main Sitting Room and snug seating by the stove in the Hall, sleeping 12 people there are 3 bedrooms on the Ground Floor (3 bathrooms, 1 Ensuite) 3 bedrooms on the First Floor (3 Bathrooms, 2 Ensuite). All bathrooms have separate shower cubicles. 2 bathrooms on ground floor are shower rooms. The courtyard has been developed into an Events/Games Room.

Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Welcome to Salters Cottage, a cosy coastal home near Newton Shore in Ayr. This charming retreat offers a peaceful seaside escape with garden views across the sea toward Arran. Inside, the cottage is warm and welcoming. Unwind by the fire after a day by the sea, or on the golf course. A master bedroom with superking bed, and spacious twin room. Pop up single bed available for an additional child guest, or travel cot for babies - please message if required, prior to booking.

It is located in the historic market town of Strathaven, South Lanarkshire. The town was granted a Royal Charter in 1450 and is located on the edge of the strath of the Avon Water. It's around 18 miles from Glasgow and on the A71, which connects to Edinburgh.
