Eensgezinswoning naast het Lariksbos

Slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, koelkast, gedeelde badkamer, wc en een achtertuin. Voor het gebruik van het kantoor/studio ruimte vraag ik 90 euro per dag, of 45 euro per dagdeel. U kunt hier rustig werken of vergaderen. Ontspannen wakker worden met een kop koffie of thee met vogel en water geluiden. Allemaal naast het Lariksbos. 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum Assen, 30 minuten lopen naar Station Assen. Of pak de ov fiets en ben er in 7 min. Met de bus binnen 30 min in Groningen centrum.

This 4-story house (garage, living area, bedrooms and attic) is for rent for 3 2 bedroom that just had a renovation, as well as the bathroom. In consultation this can also be for a longer period. The living room is "private" (like the other rooms) but it is fine to sit at the dining table to eat. Usage of the kitchen is allowed, without using my own food of course etc. Downstairs is an extra refrigerator where groceries can be put if necessary. The garden is south facing, nice and sunny.

Je verblijf ligt tegenover de twee supermarkten Jumbo en Lidl en dichtbij alle leuke winkels, restaurants en kroegjes. Het trein/busstation is op ca. 8 minuten loopafstand. Giethoorn/Hunnebedden in Havelte zijn dichtbij.
