This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Welcome to our true New Mexican Adobe home, located in the North Valley of Albuquerque! Our home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, and a true adobe fireplace. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, the property is an ideal place to unwind and recharge. In warm or cold months, come enjoy our sauna in the sun room, our fire pit on our charming backyard patio, or our adobe fireplace in the living room. See you soon!

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

This meticulously designed studio is located in the heart of a historic downtown Albuquerque neighborhood. The charming neighborhood, which is over a century old, is highly walkable and bike-friendly, with a well-established bike route just a half-block away from the Airbnb. Within a block or two, there are numerous restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. This prime location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the city with so many attractions just a short drive away.

Walk just 2 blocks to Historic Old Town to shop from local artists, enjoy great restaurants, and explore museums like Explora, the Natural History Museum, and the Museum of Albuquerque. Tiguex Park is nearby for dogs and kids! Convenient access to I-40/I-25 with parking for U-Haul. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; please check the box (no cats, please)!

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
