Aspen Creekside Lodge is located in historic Markleeville, on a year round creek and the perfect place for families that want to relax and enjoy outdoor sports. Our professional cleaner completely sanitizes the cabin thoroughly between each guests arrival and departure. It's just a short 35 minute drive to Kirkwood and Heavenly Ski resort, beautiful Lake Tahoe and award winning restaurants.

At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom.
