It is tricky to locate by postcode only so look at the Directions section! This is walkers' country, with several national trails starting, finishing or passing through the town, Offa’s Dyke Path being one. Kington is a small market town on the Welsh borders and it has several pubs, cafes and takeaways plus a walking shop
The property is a self contained annexe on the side of a stone farm house situated above the town of Hay-on-Wye, looking towards the Black Mountains,with fields that run down to the Offas Dyke pathway. It is an ideal base for walking, enjoying the River Wye or visiting Hay itself. We are very animal friendly and dogs are welcome , but will need to be kept on a lead when in the proximity of the free running poultry and sheep.
The studio is within easy walking distance only 2 miles from the famous book town of Hay-on Wye and within easy reach of the Brecon Beacons. Many friendly pubs with good food, ideal for cycling walking and relaxing. This is an ideal studio for a couple or a couple with an infant (baby, as stairs are exposed) There is access to washing and drying facilities and there is full WiFi provided.
