Soak in the ocean views, bathe under stars and feel the sand between your toes. This 60's surf shack, is the perfect place to relax. A short walk to two beaches, surf or calm. With an outdoor bath, decks for sunset drinks, and comfy beds, the shack is perfect for relaxing. This quiet beach town is a great base to explore the region. Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.
